We are looking for an
Associate Technology Director who has experience leading teams day to day while consulting with senior leadership to catalyze different transformation opportunities across all aspects of digital advertising. Associate Technology Directors implement change from conception to completion for ventures of varying size and maturity, leveraging innovative frameworks most effective for the context: brand, creative, digital and infrastructure. Candidates must have a deep knowledge of developing leading-edge product, ecosystem and technology service design to accelerate growth. They must have demonstrable expertise in large-scale digital programs and development projects, identifying solution architecture, platforms and implementation approaches. Most importantly, this role must be able to successfully run team and platform operations.

Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience within the technology and/or marketing industry
- Must have previous technical background as a developer or software engineer
- Experience managing 3 or more direct reports and teams of 7 or more
- At least some working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Shopify
