We are hiring a Senior Programmer (Information Analyst, SharePoint Developer, Data & Information Management Expert) to join our Operations Team. The Senior Programmer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining solutions that digitize, automate and optimize the company s document management processes leveraging Microsoft SharePoint On-line, the M365 applications suite and the Azure Data Analytics Platform. The Programmer Analyst also partners with third party and internal IT resources for advanced development and integration requirements. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful self starter who has proven mastery of SharePoint development and experience delivering document and information management solutions. The ideal candidate is also inherently curious about technology and has a strong working knowledge with multiple programming languages and low-code development
The role is part of the enterprise IT team but will initially be assigned full-time to the Corporate Operations and Contracts Teams to address their information management and document management needs. Ultimately, the Programmer Analyst will transition to a role in the IT Enterprise Applications department supporting a wide variety of systems initiatives.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with functional owners to document system requirements and define desired business
outcomes for proposed solutions.
Deploy best practice document management solutions that leverage leading-edge technologies
and provide excellent value.
Provide design guidance and support the ongoing development and maintenance of the
company s many MS Teams/SharePoint based solutions.
Analyze company s existing Teams and SharePoint implementation. Develop information
organization and optimization recommendations that leverage meta data, Term Store(s), and
Microsoft Power Platform tools to improve the user experience and maximize automation.
Oversee external developers to expand Bragg s capacity to deliver solutions.
Evaluate modern technologies and formulate recommendations in support of a forward-looking
Administrate Teams and SharePoint employee access including power users
Schedule online and in person consultant training sessions.
SharePoint Developer Requirements:
Five to ten years of proven experience with SharePoint development, Power Pivot/BI, Analysis
Services and document management solutions.
Proven mastery of the Microsoft SharePoint Development Framework. Microsoft 365 and Power
Platform Certified: Developer Associate certification is ideal.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and the entire M365 application suite.
Experience developing solutions utilizing SQL, SSRS and Power BI paginated reports, Python,
Working Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform /Power Apps and other lowcode/no-code development platforms.
Experience with system integrations using Databricks, Data Factory, Webhooks and Logic Apps
in the Azure Data Analytics Platform is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills - a skilled business professional who
communicates effectively with all levels of end-users and management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision is a must.
