Join an innovative team spearheading SAFe methodology and artificial intelligence to transform operations of a California-based energy provider with more than 20 million customers. As a Product Owner on our Digital Transformation team, you’ll deliver solutions that are leading the path ahead for the utilities industry as a whole.
You’ll be charged with driving optimization of the search feature on the provider’s portal. To achieve optimization, you’ll collaborate with the client team to define the product vision, aligning research with organizational strategies to lead the business forward. You’ll develop deeper understanding of pain points, business processes, and goals as you work closely with stakeholders, making recommendations to improve the overall user experience.
